Our special guests for the evening include Dr. Darlene Ruscitti, Regional Superintendent, DuPage ROE, and Dr. Jeff Feucht, Superintendent of Lake Park High School District 108. Dr. Ruscitti will address the topic of trauma and bullying, which has been a growing issue in our country--especially since the pandemic. Dr. Feucht will discuss the Illinois PaCE Framework, an individualized learning plan to help make decisions about career and post-secondary education or training.
State Representative Michelle Mussman, who chairs one of the Illinois House Committees on Education, and Dr. Jon Bartelt, Superintendent of Bloomingdale School District 13 are also scheduled to attend.
Drinks & Dialogue provides a casual atmosphere for people to share opinions and ideas, ask questions, and become more aware of local, state, and national issues and the options for making positive changes. It also offers a chance to get to know one another, our local legislators, and elected officials. We invite you to join us for the important conversation related to the unique challenges of the upcoming school year.
Light appetizers will be served and beverages will be for sale.
