The first question on the November 2020 ballot in Illinois concerns the constitutional amendment that would allow the Illinois state income tax to be flat OR graduated.
Our speaker, Jean Pierce, serves as Issues and Advocacy co-chair for the League of Women Voters of Illinois. The League has advocated for a Fair Tax for 50 years, and Jean has been an advocate for the past 6 years.
