Rosemary Orthmann

Rosemary Orthmann has a doctorate in European history and is the author of Out of Necessity: Women Working in Berlin at the Height of Industrialization (available at the Hood College library). In addition, she has published over one hundred articles on topics concerning employment testing. Rosemary is a founding member of the Frederick County Commission For Women and has served as an election judge since 2002. And for fun, she gets together once a month with friends for German conversation and watches as many live European soccer games on TV as she can fit in.
