The Board of Directors has discussed:

• Sending a copy of the names and addresses of the Membership Directory  to you as an email attachment (in pdf format).  This would replace the printed copy mailed to you each autumn. The other information in the Directory would be sent separately by email.
• Another option would be to print copies only for those who request one and email the remainder.
