The League of Women Voters for Ann Arbor, Brighton/Howell Unit , in partnership with the Howell Carnegie District Library, is welcoming our next guest speaker, Professor Lisa Disch to speak on the ranked choice voting system. This voting system has been implemented in some jurisdictions in the United States, in which voters may prioritize their choice of candidates.  This link to the Howell library will explain Professor Disch's extensive background on this fascinating subject and provide registration information for this February 11th, 7:00 p.m. virtual event.
