LWVOA Candidate Forums October 2024

 This is an opportunity to meet and listen to candidates answer audience questions as well as hear their opinions and viewpoints on important issues.  These informational sessions are one of the core missions of LWV, namely to encourage informed and active participation in government. 

 With more than 20 forums scheduled in Oakland County, HELP is NEEDED.To facilitate the forums, pages, question screeners, timers, and moderators are required.

 Here is the list of forums scheduled in October:

• Monday, October 7, 2024, 6:00pm - Novi Community Schools Board
• Tuesday, October 8, 2024, 7:00pm - Rochester Community Schools School Board
• Tuesday, October 8, 2024, 6:00pm - West Bloomfield School Board & Library Board
• Wednesday, October 16, 2024, 6:00pm - Birmingham School Board
• Thursday, October 17, 2024 - Oxford School Board
