Belinda Dulin, Executive Director of the Dispute Resolution Center (DRC), will discuss Youth Empowerment Circles, which provide a safe, non-judgmental space where young people can gather in restorative circles to discuss the issues that are important to them. DRC offers affordable, constructive, restorative and healing approaches to conflict resolution to individuals in Washtenaw and Livingston Counties. 

 DRC  partners with Dynastic Ministries 19, an organization that helps young people develop skills in mediation, conflict resolution, ethical reasoning, and restorative justice practices.

This event is presented by the Juvenile Justice Advocacy Team of the League of Women Voters of Washtenaw County.
