2024 is a busy year and there are many ways to get involved in League work. Joining a Member Orientation is a great way to find out more.
The following are some examples of what we are doing:
- -distributing voter guides to places around the county for the November election
- -observing Public Accuracy Tests and Board of Canvassers election results certification
- -registering voters of all ages around Washtenaw County, at events hosted by the League or with one of our partner organizations
- -informing voters on the early voting changes that began this year
- -advocating for local issues important to our community
- -tabling at civic events around the county
- -hosting candidate forums
- –contacting candidates for our Vote411 website
- - messaging on important topics through social media
Our August 2024 orientation is:
