League of Women Voters of Michigan hosting Michigan Supreme Court candidate forum. Public invited to tune in and hear from candidates.
Michigan voters are invited to hear from candidates seeking a seat on the Michigan Supreme Court on Wednesday, Sept. 21, during a virtual candidate forum hosted by the League of Women Voters of Michigan and the Jewish Bar Association of Michigan.
The virtual forum will take place at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 21 via Zoom. The event will also be livestreamed on the League of Women Voters of Michigan’s Facebook page and uploaded to YouTube following the event.
Registration for the event is required and can be completed online
Attendees will hear from all Michigan Supreme Court candidates, including: • Richard Bernstein • Kyra Harris Bolden • Paul Hudson • Kerry Morgan, and • Brian Zahra. Candidates will share opening statements and answer questions from the League with the purpose of informing voters and encouraging them to vote in the upcoming election. The Michigan Supreme Court is the state’s court of last resort, ruling on important decisions that impact all voters.
