The Honorable Patrick J. Conlin, Chief Judge Pro-tem of the Washtenaw County Trial Court and Presiding Judge of the Family Division, will share his vision for implementing the Michigan Justice for Kids and Communities Act that was signed into law in December, 2023.

 Additionally, Judge Conlin will explore how changes in the Child Care Fund could assist new approaches to diversion, community-based care, and collaborations among partners.
