Recharge Fresno: The City of Fresno completed construction of Recharge Fresno, a major water system upgrade, last month.

Position

Support measures that will provide for the development and management of water re-sources in ways that are beneficial to the environment, economy, and the quality of life in Butte County, and that recognize that hydro-geologic boundaries do not follow political subdivisions

Position

Support balanced systems of transportation providing mobility with efficiency and safety. Reduce dependence on the single occupant automobile by providing safe, interconnected modes of transportation.

Position

Support planning that provides for orderly growth within Butte County in conformity with existing General Plans. General Plans should be kept updated in a timely fashion, following State law, and should fulfill the intent of State law. (Land use and planning positions are also found in: Parks and Greenways, Bidwell Park, Energy, Transportation, and Water Resources of Butte County.)
