Syracuse Healthy Start is a team of community health workers, nurses, educators, parents, medical providers, and community agencies working to help moms have healthy babies and helps families give their babies a healthy start.  Syracuse Healthy Start is division of Healthy Families at the Onondaga County Health Department.
