There will be a live event on March 10 @ 6:00 @ SUNY POLY (Kunsela Hall) during which the local students who participated in the event and made it past the 1st round of judging will be reading from their essays and respond to questions from a panel of judges. League member Sharen Barboza will be one of the judges.

LWVNYS will host a joint advocacy day with the BIPOC Democracy Table. This advocacy day will focus on voting rights and democracy related legislation. The day will run from 11:30am-4:00pm.
