What is the League of Women Voters? 

We are a nonpartisan political organization. We encourage informed and active participation in government, and we influence public policy through education and advocacy.

LWV of the Whitewater Area (WI) provides: 

• Quality public programs throughout the year on engaging local, state and national issues. Programs are broadcast on Community TV.
• Informative local Candidate Forums.
• Voter Registration Assistance on the UW-Whitewater Campus, at Whitewater High School and at the Whitewater City Market as well as voter assistance training in support of the above efforts.
• Newsletters and social media posts to inform, educate and activate. 
• Local and state League publications and action alerts to increase your understanding of public policy issues.
