On August 30, 2020, AB1080 passed the Senate with amendments and it is back to the Assembly. It is currently "Held at Desk pursuant to Joint Rule 51(b)(3)".
6/24/2020 Update - Thank you to those who took action. The California Senate passed ACA5. It will be placed on the ballot for voters to consider in November.
