There are many ways to get involved with the League of Women Voters of Marblehead (LWVM) in a meaningful way. Members study new issues and update past studies. At election time, League members help register voters, organize debates, host candidates' nights for local elections, and publicize timely information for voters. Members are also needed to observe and report on meetings of town boards and commissions.
The LWVM also uses volunteers to help with the activities that go into running a grassroots organization, such as planning meetings, conducting research, writing for the newsletter, and working as a webmaster. Professional skills are needed and welcome and all are encouraged to participate.
