Topic:  Managing Water in Orange County: Do we shake our fists at the sky, or thank the heavens?
Water imported from hundreds of miles away accounts for over half of Orange County’s water supplies.   Save the date of April 16 for our next LWVOC luncheon where speaker Karl Seckel, elected representative to the Orange County Municipal Water District and member of the Municipal Water District of Southern California Board of Directors will take us on a deep dive into the complexities and challenges of water management in our region.

Will “toilet to tap” technology soon bring such drinking water to our households?  What does a tiny, endangered fish have to do with fire-fighting capacity in Los Angeles?  Bring your questions – and find answers at the April 16 LWVOC luncheon.
