Join the LWVH Book Club Thursday, January 26th, at 7pm where we will discuss 1001 Voices on Climate Change by Devi Lockwood, which has everyday stories about flood, fire, drought and displacement from around the world.
Her address will be sent to you when you RSVP by emailing Kathy at: Kathy_Batt [at] yahoo.com. You don't have to be a League member to attend! Our meetings are informal and are usually at someone's home with snacks and wine. Please let Kathy know if you plan to attend by sending her an email. Please RSVP!
In our Book Club we usually read about current political issues, biographies of world leaders, political history and social studies.
