Lawsuit against Ohio SOS over SB 293 filed | Today [02/13/26], in partnership with CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations)-Northern Ohio, we filed a suit against Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose in federal court challenging Ohio’s SB 293 for violating the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) and the Fourteenth Amendment’s Due Process Clause.
