LWV Members and their families are invited to join us for an in-person, outdoor event on Saturday, March 12 from 9-11am when we will support the South Carolina DNR’s Oyster Recycling and Enhancement program (SCORE) by planting marsh grass seedlings into starter pots. The marsh grass will be nurtured in greenhouses until large enough to be planted on the shoreline behind the oyster shell reefs.

Please RSVP by Monday, March 7th. Coffee and snacks will be provided, but please consider bringing your own coffee cup as we aim to minimize our waste.
