LWV Charleston is hosting a nonpartisan virtual forum featuring candidates in the Special Election for North Charleston City Council District 5.  Nine candidates are vying for this seat, and as of the time of this publish, seven have confirmed their participation. This seat is vacant because of the resignation of a City Council member following a federal corruption investigation.  

Join us to hear the candidates' views on issues facing the community.  The election will be held on Tuesday, May 27th.
