Time Range For Action Alert:
November 17, 2017 to January 15, 2018

Please write your Vermont State respresentatives to pass universal primary health care in the current legislative session.

The League has long been a proponent of universal, publicly funded health care.  Last session H.248/S.53, which calls for universal, publicly funded primary care for all Vermonters was not passed before the session ended.

On behalf of the LWV Vermont board, Catherine Rader has this letter in support of universal primary care to members of the Vermont House and Senate Health Care Committees, the Speaker of the House, and the President pro tem of the Senate.  Let's amplify the voice of the League with our own letters.
