The LWVCEN has begun its third series in partnership with the Kellogg-Hubbard Library on September 12 with a presentation by Sec. of State Jim Condos on Election Security. Ensuring free and fair elections has become increasingly complicated in this age of technological advances. Secretary Condos discussed protections Vermont has to secure the integrity of our elections as well as what the states need from
Congress to secure future elections.
The schedule for the remaining programs for the year follows.

March 13 @7pm – Liberalism/Conservatism. What do these words mean, historically, and in our present day?
May 15 @7pm – Single-Issue Politics. Are single-issue politics ethical? Unethical? Useful? Does it matter if we talk about parties or individual voters?
