Donate to the Winona Smith Scholarship LWV Education Fund

As the year comes to a close and you are considering charitable donations, please remember the League of Women Voters Education Fund.

A gift to our Winona Smith Scholarship Fund is a gift to a graduating high school student. This year, 45 students from 26 Vermont high schools applied to the League for a scholarship. We awarded four students from Spaulding, Twinfield Union, Harwood Union, and Bellows Free Academy a $1,000 scholarship to help pay for tuition at college, vocational center, or other career-oriented preparation.

Or, simply write a check to the League of Women Voters Education Fund and make a note in the memo that this is for the Scholarship Fund. Donations can be mailed to: P.O. Box 1391, Montpelier, VT 05601-1391.
