Happy return to an in-person Annual Meeting on May 7!

We’ve long awaited the opportunity to gather in person after two years of missing the ability to socialize and network with one another. For this reason alone, we hope you will join us for the League’s annual business meeting on Saturday, May 7, 10 a.m. - Noon at Fairhaven Fellowship Hall, Fairhaven Senior Services, 435 W Starin Rd, Whitewater.

We’ll review and assess the impact of last year’s programming, acknowledge the board and members whose many contributions have kept our League vibrant, and benefit from updates from various committee chairs on their current work and future plans. Brunch items will be provided by the board - a League tradition - along with coffee, tea, and orange juice. Fairhaven COVID protocols require that you wear a mask IF you are not fully vaccinated.

We’ll also have the League’s business to tend to! You will be asked to cast your vote on the proposed budget for FY 2022-23, the slate of board officers and directors, and next year's local programming focus. Below please find the meeting agenda and items to be voted on, for your review.

As a member of the League, you are encouraged to attend the in-person event, cast your votes in the business meeting and enjoy the fellowship of other League members. It’s a valuable time to revisit the reasons we feel passionate about voting, voter education, and advocacy.
