As a registered voter your physical address places you in a voting precinct. Voting precincts are grouped in Voting Districts for the purpose of dividing the state into congressional districts. Cities and other jurisdictions may also have Voting Districts. Every ten years Voting Districts may be redrawn if the population in the jurisdiction has changed.
