Agenda Coming by Mail  The Annual Meeting agenda will be sent to everyone in a separate mailing. It will provide details of the Rules of the Meeting, order of conducting League business (election of the new board, approve the budget, vote on a new FORA position, etc.), the Report of the Nominating Committee and the Proposed 2019-2020 Budget (on which we will vote), and small-group Brainstorming Activity (on membership and other topics).

Buffet Lunch $20 per Person. Instead of light refreshments, we are having a luncheon buffet this year, provided by our new caterers, International Cuisine Restaurant of Pacific Grove to fuel your brain cells and keep up your energy! Please be prepared to pay for your meal at the door. 

We Need a Quorum of Members. Please plan on attending. Per League by laws, we need a quorum in order to conduct League business, including election of officers, budget,and should the topics arise, local program issues for emphasis and updates to positions (and I enjoy talking with as many members as possible)
