We have a small window to secure gender equality for all by urging President Biden to publish the Equal Rights Amendment as part of his legacy. Protections we rely on—like equal pay, protection from gender-based violence, and access to birth control—are under threat. The ERA has already been approved by enough states; it just needs to be published. Let’s make sure Congress and President Biden hear us loud and clear—gender equality must be a guaranteed right.
