Record-breaking Midterm, a Team Effort 

Voter’s Edge is the California League’s website that provides voters with information on the candidates, statewide propositions, and local measures.

The Voter’s Edge team is made up of 15 League members from Coast, Central OC (COCA) and North OC (OC) Leagues. The Orange County coordinator for this team since its inception is Petti Van Rekom.

For the 2022 midterm election, the Orange County Voter’s Edge team handled 439 candidates and 20 local ballot measures.  By using emails, phone calls, and social media posts, the team was able to get 246 candidates (56%) to participate; this was a record high for the team.
