Dear Leaguers and Friends,

The Sussex LWV web team (mostly me) is in the process of moving the LWVSCDE website under the umbrella of the LWV of Delaware's (LWVDE) website. This should be completed by October 10, which is when we'll "go live" on the new site. We are doing this in order to save money, to provide a more integrated window into League work across the state, and to better support collaboration among the local Leagues. It's also a key part of preparing for the new membership system that LWVUS will be rolling out early next year. (More info on that when we get closer to the change.) 

What does this mean for the user?

• Your account should work as usual--when you become a member of the Sussex County LWV, you also become a member of LWVDE and LWVUS.
• The latest news about the state and local leagues will be presented on the LWVDE home page: https://my.lwv.org/delaware.
• To see information specifically about the Sussex LWV (including committee activity and the Members Only section), just look in the sidebar menu under Local Leagues, as shown in the picture. Or just use the sussexlwv.org as usual, which will take you directly to our page after the migration. 
• Important: If you want to join, renew, or donate to the Sussex LWV, please do so from our new landing page (see picture). Using the links on the LWVDE home page will take your dues or donation straight to the Delaware LWV.  We'd rather keep your support here in Sussex. 

Take a look at the picture below to get a sense of the changes. If you go to the LWVDE home page, you'll just click on our name in the sidebar. This will take you to the LWVSCDE landing page, and expand the menu so you can see the subsections available to you. The big blue buttons in the middle of the page will let you join, renew, or donate at the Sussex County level.
