The Friends of Susan B. Anthony-Gainesville invite you to celebrate Susan B. Anthony's 205th Birthday with an afternoon of music, cake, and fellowship as they honor the legacy of Susan B. Anthony and other champions for social change and justice. This gathering will be a time for celebration and a moment to reflect on the tireless efforts of those who have shaped the fight for equality.
Enjoy appetizers and cake while engaging with a brief presentation on the life and work of American activist Fannie Lou Hamer, presented by Pamela Marshall-Koons.
The event takes place Sunday, Feb. 16 from 3-5pm at the Cotton Club Museum and Cultural Center at 837 SE 7th Avenue in Gainesville.
