Small groups of LWV members study and research an issue, then produce a Fact Sheet summarizing the information. The Bail & Corrections study comes to us from the Maryland State League. All LWV members read the Fact Sheet, then attempt to come to a consensus about their position on the issue. After a Position has been adopted, Action and Advocacy begins.
