We will be hosting live/online candidate forums in April. Board of Education forums will be April 25 and 30. There are 17 candidates running for three open School Board seats. We’ll divide the candidates into two groups alphabetically and host half the candidates at each of these two forums.
The League of Women Voters of Frederick County has prepared a list of questions for the candidates to answer. Unfortunately, there will be no opportunity for questions from the audience due to time constraints, but all of the candidates' information can be found on Vote411.
On April 30, 2024, the moderator will be Dr. Michael Powell.
The candidates scheduled to appear include:
