At their Wed Feb 5, 2020 meeting, the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners issued "A proclamation celebrating the 100th anniversary of the League of Women Voters of the United States".  Making the presentation, Commissioner Felicia Brabec praised the history and successes of the League. '

Responding to the proclamation, LWVAAA VP Donna Crudder thanked the Commissioners and described a little of the League's current activities.   As a thank you and in celebration of Valentines day, the League brought everyone cookies decorated with LWV.  Donna assured the Commissioners that "We aren't just staying in the kitchen anymore."

League members at the meeting were Donna Crudder, VP; Barb Brown, Membership Director and cookie maker; Susan Wooley, Communications Director; Sally Allen, former President and Harvey Somers, former Secretary.
