EXECUTIVE ORDER No. 2020-27 Conducting elections on May 5, 2020 using absent voter ballots (full copy here)

...To mitigate the spread of COVID-19, protect the public health, and provide essential protections to vulnerable Michiganders, it is crucial that all Michiganders take steps to limit in-person contact. These critical mitigation measures include social distancing and limiting the number of people interacting at public gatherings. To that end, it is reasonable and necessary to temporarily suspend rules and procedures relating to the May 5, 2020 elections so that these elections may be conducted by absent voter ballot to the greatest extent possible. ...

All proposals that were scheduled to appear on the May 5, 2020 ballot in Washtenaw County have been withdrawn.

The Washtenaw County Clerk's website has current information about upcoming elections and voting matters.

Proposals and plans for the August 4 state and local primary election and the November 3 general election are being debated.  For example see Brennan Center proposal  and the Klobuchar/Wyden legislation proposal
