RE:  Michigan State-Wide Proposal 1 on Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund which supports parks and recreational areas. 

The League of Women Voters and the Michigan Environmental Council support Proposal 1 which would enable Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund managers to spend a greater share of the fund on development projects such as playgrounds, restrooms and trails, as opposed to the land buys that currently get about three-quarters of the fund’s money.  For the full proposal https://www.michigan.gov/documents/sos/Proposal_2020-1_701310_7.pdf
