NewsRead about it HERE. This is big news. Moved like wildfire,(only 43 days) through the House (3 readings), committee approval and into the house for a vote. Passed with huge bipartisan support 102-7 and now headed to the Senate. If it passes the Senate it will be a ballot proposal in 2022 in order to change the constitution.
The LWVMI currently does not have a stand on this until after our own Lame Duck study is completed.
