Michigan will hold a State and Local primary election August 5th and the nation will vote in the general election November 3rd.  How to conduct these elections in the midst of a pandemic will require action.

Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D Minnesota) and Sen. Ron Wyden (D Oregon) have announced that on Monday, March 23rd, they will introduce the Natural Disaster and Emergency Ballot Act of 2020 to help election officials meet this pandemic head-on and ensure that every eligible American can safely cast a ballot in this year's upcoming elections.
