Election results are not official until Certified. 

County Board of Canvassers meets to review election paperwork for accuracy and completeness.  Directs cure of any problems found.  Then certifies elections that fall entirely within their jurisdiction and transmits all other data to the State Board of Canvassers who complete the process.
