 Michael Hennessy and Anthony Picente debate the issues in their bid for the office of Oneida County Executive. The debate was hosted by the League of Women Voters Utica-Rome Metro Area and the Observer Dispatch and held on Oct. 22, 2019 at the Utica Maennerchor in Marcy NY.
