What do the candidates understand about climate change? What are the most critical climate issues in the city, county, etc
Speaker Bio: Anthony Szczurek has taught Political Science at Saddleback since 2020. He teaches courses including Introduction to Feminist Theory, International Relations, Political Theory, and Power, Resistance and Empire. He researches the international climate politics of the Global South and how perceptions of time affect political decision-making. He received his B.A. in Psychology and M.A. In International Affairs from The New School and a Ph.D. in Political Thought from Virginia Tech. He lives with his husband and cats in Santa Ana.
