This workshop is offered twice on 12/3: 11:30am and 6:30pm.
This workshop will be an overview of how League develops positions for advocacy. Program planning typically happens in January, though some Leagues may do it earlier. The workshop will cover how this happens. The workshop will also cover the League’s unique member consensus process for two studies that are just being completed: Elder Care and Welcoming Immigrants.
All of this work will culminate in ratifying new positions on Elder Care and Welcoming Immigrants, and embarking on new program items in 2025-27. Please join us!
