This month’s guest speakers will discuss the situation of Short Term Rentals (STRs) in PacificGrove and the related November initiative "Measure M." Luke Coletti, a Senior Research Technician at Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute, supports Measure M; Jan Leasure, Managing Broker of Monterey Bay Vacation Rentals, supports STRs for both homestays and absentee homeowners; and Priscilla Walton, retired UC Professor of Education, supports limited STRs for homestays.
