Make a Difference in Just Two Hours!

Join us for a Postcard Writing Get Out the Vote event in Solano County! All postcards, voter-friendly scripts, addresses, and stamps will be provided—you simply bring yourself and a willingness to make a difference.

Choose from two convenient events:

• Vacaville: October 7, 12:30–2:30 p.m.
• Benicia: October 11, 1:00–3:00 p.m.

Why spend a couple of hours writing postcards? Because a small, personal reminder can help make voting easier to remember and encourage participation. When many of us each take a little time, those individual efforts can add up to a meaningful difference in our communities.

As John Lewis reminded us, “The vote is precious. It’s almost sacred. It is the most powerful nonviolent tool or instrument that we have in a democratic society. And we must use it.”

Come write a few postcards, connect with fellow community members, and help make every voice count. RSVP to Janice Adams at lwvsolano [at] gmail.com.
