1. Choose one of the elements of the Comprehensive Plan that might have something to do with the issue you choose to focus on -- it can be any element that you see a connection to;
2. Read the policies in that element and think about your particular interest and whether those policies address the critical points;
3. Draft a policy to address what might be missing (remember that policies are long-term guidance, not project specific);
4. Email at least one policy with some explanation of the issue, missing bits and pieces, and how your draft policy might address the concerns you have by 18 Oct.
