Vote Early Day is a new non-partisan civic event to help as many of the 200 million eligible voters take advantage of their options to vote as early as possible. The LWV Whitewater is now a partner in what may be the largest coordinated day in history encouraging voters to cast their ballots early.
Whitewater City Clerk Michele Smith has posted the City of Whitewater’s dates and times for in-person absentee voting (also called Early Voting). Please note that for the first time ever, Clerk Smith has opened up this Early Voting to include a Saturday which happens to be October 24.
Persons may also register in person until 5 p.m. on October 30, or at the polls on November 3. For more information about absentee ballots, visit https://www.whitewater-wi.gov/168/Request-an-Absentee-Ballot. Please remember to wear your mask and continue to social distance as much as possible while voting.
Please help us spread the word that Early Voting is available throughout Wisconsin. For those outside the City of Whitewater, please contact your Municipal Clerk to find out the dates and times which only the local Clerks can establish.
Be safe for this Fall General Election. Avoid any hassles with mailing. Avoid the crowds and waiting in line at the Polling Places. Vote Early in the safety of your Clerk’s Office. There are many days and hours to choose from.
How Do I Vote Early?
