Vote Centers Coming to Orange County in March 2020!
A Vote Center is more than a traditional polling place – it is an official satellite service center. Cast your ballot at any location, stop by on the weekend, even register to vote, all within a few miles of where you live, work or play.
With over 180 Vote Centers, staffed by professional staff of the Registrar of Voters and open for multiple days everyone should have the opportunity to vote at a convenient time and place. A vote center election will be less expensive than the traditional polling place model and more well-protected against fraud. In addition, all voters will receive a vote by mail ballot and can choose whether to use that or vote in person. Vote by mail ballots can be mailed to the office of the Registrar of Voters or dropped of at any vote center or secure ballot drop box in the county.
