Connecticut General Assembly has a short session in 2024, convening on February 7 and adjourning on May 8, 2024.

The Connecticut Democracy Center (CTDC) will host the first annual Connecticut Democracy Center Awards at Connecticut’s Old State House on February 1, 2024, to pay tribute to business, community, and philanthropic leaders including The Honorable Alvin W. Thompson, Citizen Travelers, the non-partisan civic engagement initiative of The Travelers Companies, Inc., and Mary Gawlicki of the Gawlicki Family Foundation. Seating is limited, reserve your ticket today.

The League of Women Voters of Hamden-North Haven invite you to meet your legislators. This event is open to the public. Registration is encouraged but not required. There is a suggested donation of $8 for adults, $5 for students.
