Dear Representatives Lanting, Yamamoto, Gannon, and Burns: 

I watched the committee vote on dissolution of ACHD with utter dismay this afternoon. As a defender of good governance, the League of Women Voters of Idaho is fully committed to fighting against removal of duly elected officials and of flouting Idaho code to dissolve a taxing district. Our statewide membership is ready to bring our best arguments to bear in defeating any bald, partisan attempt to undue elections and silence voters.

Your best advice on strategically working against this bill is welcome! Thank you for standing your ground on behalf of representative government.
