The League of Women Voters of Pocatello is sponsoring forums for city council and school board trustee candidates during October. Candidates in contested races will have the opportunity to present their perspectives on public issues by answering questions from the
audience. The public is invited to attend and submit written questions.

The Pocatello City Council forum, co-sponsored by the City of Pocatello, will be held on Monday, October 2 at 7:00 PM in the Pocatello City Council Chambers located at 911 N. 7th Avenue. Candidates running for seats No. 1, No.2, and No. 3 will be participating.

Be an informed voter. Plan to attend the forum to learn about the candidates’ positions.

The October 2 forum will be aired live on Pocatello Community Media Cable Channel 56, and will be streamed live at http://pocatello.us/vs/streaming/. The recording will be available on this website for viewing after the event.
